6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Original packaging required
• No stains, odors, or damage

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are like championship rings – they’re yours for good:

• Headwear (for hygiene reasons)

6.3 Return Process

Follow this 3-step play:

6.4 Refunds

After we receive your return:

• 3-5 business days to process
• Additional 5-10 days for your bank to post it
• Original payment method only

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The FlexFit brand and all designs are our property – like our playbook, they’re not for copying. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell our designs
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer any website technology

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we play hard to deliver quality, FlexFit Shop isn’t liable for:

• Delays beyond our control (carrier issues, customs, etc.)
• Minor color or sizing variations
• Indirect damages from product use
• Third-party websites linked from ours

Our maximum liability is limited to your order amount – we’re not responsible for missed dunks in your pickup games.
