Return Basics

  • You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Must include all original packaging and accessories
  • No stains, odors, or damage – keep it cleaner than a new basketball

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are like championship rings – once they’re yours, they’re yours for good:

  • All Final Sale/HOLIDAY SALE items (marked at checkout)
  • Custom Jerseys with player names/numbers (your favorite player is yours forever)
  • Headwear (for hygiene reasons – no sharing sweat bands)
