1. THE FLEXFIT RETURN PLAYBOOK

You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

NO RETURNS ON THESE MVP ITEMS:

  • Final Sale/HOLIDAY SALE items (marked at checkout)
  • Custom/Jerseys with player names/numbers
  • Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Underwear/Socks (if we carried them)

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow this 3-step play:

    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want refund or exchange
  2. Wait for our approval – we’ll respond faster than our 24-hour customer service guarantee
  3. Ship it back to our Columbus HQ (you cover return shipping unless it’s our error)

3. RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

4. REFUND TIMING & METHODS

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges ship immediately after we process your return (same shipping options apply).

5. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS?

If we messed up (rare, but it happens):
